The Car

We picked up our car at 7:00am today. It was incredible how easy the entire process was. When we got to the rental car center at PHX, there was no attendant at the Alamo counter. We had to use this little kiosk thing to scan our confirmation number. It printed out our rental paperwork, and we headed downstairs to pick up our car. There, a guy radioed to someone that we were there, and within just a couple minutes, our 2012 Chrysler 200 convertible was ready to go!

It's a really, really cute car! It surprisingly has a ton of leg room in the front, so Jason and I were both really comfortable. It doesn't have much for storage, though, and with a 14 day trip there comes lots of luggage. It's ok when the top is up, but we won't be able to put the top down at all as long as our luggage is in the car. I don't think we'll be disappointed in having it, though. I am looking forward to driving to Seaport Village with the top down tonight!

And we're all set to go! I am pretty lucky that I get to spend the next two weeks with this handsome man: He makes this car look GOOD!
